Why has my account been deactivated?

@KMacLe   So, it is just suspended and not deactivated

 

Yes, either Autopay failed, which could happen, or it is still renewing

 

First , do you have any phone service now?  can you make calls or receive calls?

 

If not, login to My Account, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to make manual payment this time.

@KMacLe  have you not paid for over 90 days since suspension?  

 

Account will be suspended when renewal came and wasn't paid.  90 days later, the account will then be closed permanently and the number will be return to the provider when it got from originally

Sorry to hear about your troubles. 

More details would be helpful.  Did you miss your payment date?  Was your account suspended more than 90 days.

My account is paid in full plus extra funds in account

Did your plan just renew overnight?  In your self service account, it will often show different warnings on renewal night.  As long as your plan is working and you have enough funds, the warnings should disappear later this morning.

It usually expire if no payment.

As mentioned in my previous post, if your plan renewed overnight, there are several warnings (expired accounts, etc.) which confuse customers. These warnings will disappear later this morning.  As long as your phone is working, I would not be concerned.
