Sometimes in your browser you may need to go to the settings and clear the cache as this website tends to cause it problems once in a while. Try clearing the cache history and cookies. Then shut down the browser and re open it and try again.
Sometimes changing card could be tricky. Just want an hour, then use the browser to change, and use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to make the change, it should work then
