I want the US $34 plan but it keeps saying this when I sceduale it to change on my next renewal day.

No payment is due when schedulilng a plan change. Can you check that the scheduled change option is being used instead of immediate change?

@JTataryn , try again using incognito mode if you are using a browser, clear app cache if using the app.

Have you confirmed your payment method is up to date?
If yes, i would try again a bit later, there has been a lot of (worldwide) internet issues today.
