I'm in and odd state where the app doesnt give me the option to cancel the subscription. I can only request help but no cs_agent is responding. Its been since the 26th of jan since i made that request.

We havent ported yet because we are in activation step waiting for sim card to arrive

The app is blocked into the activation step because we ordered a sim card. We didnt get the sim card yet so the menu to cancel subscription is not visible nor accessible

If you are porting your number to a new carrier, once the porting is complete, Public Mobile will automatically close your account.

@Shallybandali , in the app there should be an option to manage subscription with a toggle. Turn subscription off and that is it. Once the current cycle ends, your service will be cut off. From then on, you have 90 days to change your mind by turning subscription back and and making the necessary payment to reactive the account. If not, the account is deactivated.
