Not understanding why my service are on hold as the money is present

@Twins23 , is your account status showing as on hold?  Is today renewal day?  At least in the past, there were transitions in the account status during renewal.  If your service is functional, give it some time and see if the account reverts to active status.

Hi @Twins23 

If it's a text message that came out saying your stuff is on hold but your phone still works and you can call and text, ignore the message. It's a glitch in the PM system.
