YES replies will take longer.

Contact agent to manually add your bonus. Have screenshot of your replying YES2 to SMS.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead. Try looking at your account again, then do a refresh.

 

You can still get the gifts applied manually to your account by a Customer Support Agent if you ask.
