Why has my fee of 21.47 just changed to 28.25 without any direction from me?

@Jeff75 , if you are legacy customer on the old rewards program, we all got switched over to the points rewards program.  So, you will no longer get $2 auto pay and up to $5 loyalty each payment cycle.  Check the rewards portal, you might have some points earned there that can be converted to account funds at 15 points for $15.  BTW, it might be worthwhile to check the subscriptions tab to see what plan offers are available.  In conjunction with the rewards program change, many plans had price reductions.

Hello @Jeff75

I'm gathering you had some credits on your account before that made your plan cheaper? If this is the case, see this link below. Public Mobile removed everyone's credits and now it's full price.

Plans are charged at the full price now. To get a credit using points, those now need to be manually redeemed in 15 point/$14 increments.
