Thanks, the data I calculated used up is shown on the public mobile data history. I calculated the total amount I used was approx 400mb. But Public mobile is showing as all 3gb used up. I have raised a ticket. Been with public for a year and not experienced this before. I received more phone calls in the last 7 days, but these were not data calls and should not have effected my unlimited phone calls I have. Very strange.

@Jonno557 - where are you seeing your data is used up?
Your Self Serve account...like below. If so, then this would be the best usage to go by:
OR, are you seeing this on your phone? Perhaps your phone is set to warn you when it reaches certain limits. Or you have a data max. set on your device. Check your phone settings to be sure.

Do you have proof to show us? Most accurate data tracker is on self-serving account. You can check your usage there too.
Do not trust phone's data tracker nor 3rd party app. And sometimes SMS from PM are not that accurate. Always check your account for data/minutes status.

Login to your account and check under My Account then to View Usage History. It will list all the date, amount of data used and if if was for browsing. Also shows all your texts and calls.
