Why doesn't the website work?

The page never loads not in the App or the website. All I want to do is change over my payment options, pay my bill and fix my husband's phone, which says its plan is from a different country. When it's an Alberta Number. It worked just fine a few months ago.  Many of us need someone who can actually access my account and fix the website. 

Kind of tired of this.

That doesn't work. Don't suggest anything to me, I'm well familiar with the myriad suggestions of what needs to be done. I'm ready to scream. No - I'm ready to leave Public Mobile. I'm going today to find a better provider.

Why does everyone keep suggesting all these machinations to do what should be a simple, easy to do task? And suggest it like it's a normal thing subscribers should do? THIS IS CRAZY

That's ridiculous. Why should we have to go through this rigmarole just to pay them? How about they fix their goddamn website after all these years?

Me too. I have to leave Public Mobile as I have been trying for 5 days to update to my new credit card. I've done all the ridiculous suggestions and nothing works. And this problem has existed for years. They are not going to fix it - clearly. I can't even open a ticket because THAT function doesn't work either. Buh-bye Public Mobile.

If you login to your husband’s account using the registered email and password then click on Resend Code by email to make payment on his account.

The other option is to purchase a PM voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number to active his phone at these locations:

Note that the Walmart may not sell vouchers.

@Rwickwire the US roaming recording is a wrong message but it likely means the account is suspended due to payment issue.  If you can login that account, confirm and make a manual payment.  

If you cannot login to that account , you can still check the account status, call 1.855.4PUBLIC , enter 1 for English and then phone number and it will tell you if account is suspended

Quickest way to pay is to pay via My Account if you can login.  You can also use *611 on his phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC on any phone to make a payment if you know the 4 digits account Pin

you can also buy voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and load the vocher via *611 on his phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC from other phone

Last, if you need support help. open ticket by messaging them

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I have used 3 different PC's with 3 different browsers, cleared all caches and cookies. I finally got in on through explorer. 

I still cannot fix my husband's phone which keeps telling me I need a U.S plan. He is in the hospital, and will be until Sept-Oct, I am paying for a phone I cannot call and he cannot use. And we cannot fix it because Public sends text codes to a number that's not working.

public has the worst website & app ever- you’d think that it would be good considering that it’s an online only service, it’s absolutely atrocious

@Rwickwire site works for me, although it had hiccup once in awhile.  what browser you have? did you try other browsers? disable pop up blocker and try again

It works, just checked and confirmed.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
