Why did I get email saying I ordered a new SIM card?

I am happy with my current one, how come I received an email telling me I got charged 11.50$ for a new one? This is extremely disappointing.

@Gina_W  I also received an email today that my SIM card shipment was on the way. But my SIM card arrived six days ago. The order number in the email matched my actual order from two weeks earlier.

Seems it's a just glitch that they sent the email (or sent it out WAY late in my case). My credit card was not charged again.

hello unfortunately Public has invented a new glitch you can ignore the text unless your  credit card was charged  in that case you will need to contact customer service

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here

Hi @Gina_W big glitch for PM.  No need to open ticket with PM as long as you don't see any charge on your CC.  PM is aware of this.

Also, one member confirmed no charge was made to the card. So, just ignore it and no need to open ticket for now
