Hi - I first got the $35 10 gb plan. Then a few days after I saw that public was offering $30 30 gb plan so I changed my subscription to start immediately. Then I realized the full $35 credit was not applied and only $10. So now I have paid $25 plus $30 so $55 for one months plan. How do I contact public to give me a refund?

Hello.
You chose to start the plan immediatly forgoing anything you already prepaid for. Therefore it was a choice you made. Not 100% sure they will refund you however they may credit your account instead. If so, say yes to that. They should be flexible to new customers.
Since you can log in to your account, use the chatbot in the bottom right corner to create a ticket.

you should have used "Change on Renewal" option instead of "Change Now".
PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. However, CS agent sometimes able to sort this out.

Changing immediately will result in another charge yes. There is no credits or prorated amount.
But usually can try your luck and ask.
