If you redeemed twice for a $15 bill credit do you see a $30 credit in your payment history? Same for your rewards account redemption history? Did you get 2 emails from Public Mobile indicating 2×redemptions?

check the payment history on My Account and check the Transaction history on the Rewards site to confirm.
maybe post the screenshot to clarify

Please clarify your question. To redeem your points, you have to do it...it's not done automatically any longer. Did you redeem points twice recently ?
