When I turn off my wifi and my data turns on, it prompts me to sign in or else the data wont work, but every time I try to login it fails to load.

that means your data isn't working. did your account just renew? it's possible you've used all your data. you can call 611 or login to your self serve to confirm you still have data. what is your current plan?

Try resetting your Network setting on your phone. If you need help on how, what is the make and model of your phone?
