I am trying to reply to one of the moderator email but it said that I can't send my responsd because I have reached the limit of private message.
This is very urgent I need to reply to that's email because its been a month that I haven't got a phone line because I need to receive my sim card asap.
Please help me.

@mitorisonia, I have had this message pop up many times. I just had to wait a little bit and it would let me send the message

If all those options people have mentioned do not work, i suggest using a different browser while being on incognito mode and it should work. Cookies from browsers can interfere with the website

Try private / incognito mode in your browser. Failing that, try another browser.
I find at work the network system messes a lot of things up for my connection to Public Mobile. At home, I generally use Chrome, but fall back to Safari when I have an issue.

Try signing out of the community and then signing back in before sending your msg. This happened to me the other day and this solved the problem.
Not sure what's causing it or if there's a fix or not. Let us know if you are still not able after this.
