I signed up for notify of new promotions and plans. I have been a customer for 4 years now. I have been getting notifications almost daily, except they say for new activations only.
But now on my on my home page it says "For a limited time, subscribe to a 4G 30GB plan for only $29/month.*"
But when I go to select it , it says for new activations only.
So why would Public Mobile put this on existing customers home page? After all I can 't have it. Or are you just showing me, that you don't value me as a long-term customer!

it is possible. Anyone can setup account here, even non customers
many created account here first and ask questions before activation

those "new activation" only plans won't work for existing customers
You can only change to those that are available on Change Subscription page on My Account

It’s the same homepage for everyone so they need a way to distinguish who the offer is for so they put new customers only. Everyone sees the same page.
