Why are my add-ons not working?

Hi there,

I have 2 GB (1.89 GB remaining) of data add-ons that I received as a bonus some time ago.  My monthly data of 1 GB is used up, so why doesn't the 1.89 GB of bonus data kick in??  It should automatically!!

Hopefully a moderator can fix this on my account ASAP.

Try tapping the highlighted area when logged into self-serve for a refreshed page version:

Check add-ons /mins /Data

@Vinchenzo50 you could be just reading old cached info and not updated one.  Please login My Account again using Incognito mode and see if the bonus data still have data left 

if so, try reboot your phone once
