I got this message as well (every month for 4 months) on my actual renewal day. It’s seems to be a system place holder to show a payment is upcoming. As long as your services are working you’re in good shape. The alert will disappear when your auto-payment goes through. Nothing for you to worry about. Hope this helps

Hi No cc hasn’t expired payment went through this morning. I have called the number provided but states my services has been suspended to make a payment. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏽♀️

It seems that several members got this message too. It seems to be a glitch in the system.
Best to login to check if your account is active and not suspended or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account.
Also check to see if your CC hasn’t expired on file.
