Why am I being overcharged?

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Signed up on Mar 31 for $25 per month and was charged correctly.

Then on May 15 and Jun 14 I was charged $50 !

Please correct.

was that a 50% off plan? if so, was the service interrupted and you need to manually pay and resume services?

Ask PM agent to check and help.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
