Hi,
I just found out today that after I use a different credit card to pay my bill in April all my monthly rewards ($10) I collected from Loyalty Recognition, AutoPay and Refer-A-Friend were gone. I didn't received any last month May or this month June and is being charged the full amount.
Please help me how do I get those rewards back for last month and this month and make sure I will continue to get them every month because I have worked hard to collect those rewards by referring a lot of friends to use Public Mobile.

My Public Mobile plan had a loyalty discount of $80.64 per year before. From what I understand, that loyalty discount will now become $9.00/year from what your saying???
I have a $15/month plan.
So does that mean I now get .75 CENTS /month loyalty discounts instead of $4.92/month discount?

Hmmmmm. The new charges are $ 80.64 more per year that I pay. Does the new points system pay me back the same. Now, it's actually worth moving to a different company.

I don't understand how public can increase my monthly charges by $ 6.72 per month on autopay without my permission. I see the last 2 months I've been charged this additional amount. I can only use my phone for talk and text this year because public mobile won't allow pictures to be sent or received anymore. ( good older phone is still working) Data is so bad I don't use it. The amount I was previously paying before the unapproved increase to my accoun is what I considered my contract with Public mobile. They established the loyalty program to gain customers, then changed things once the customers agreed. So WRONG!

first , your hard earned friend referrals are still here, just paid in points and you have to convert into credit later
PM has ended that old system and moved everyone to the new Public Points!! So, now you have to pay full price first and PM will give you back points after. Instead of loyalty rewards monthly, you get 10 points per year on your anniversary date with Public Mobile. Instead of $2 autopay discount, you get 5% of your plan in points.
And the points are useful to reduce the bill. After you got 15+ points, you will go to rewards site to redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit

@Panda21 , we have all been moved to the points reward system. The auto pay and loyalty reward is gone. It is replaced by 5% points back and 10 points on each anniversary. Active referrals earn 1 point per renewal cycle. You need to check the rewards portal manually to see how many point have been accumulated. Points can be converted to account funds at 15 points for $15. Apart from being less rewarding, there is more friction involved with navigating the new system.

there are still rewards, just got changed to Public Points
you now collect 5% in points as well as the friend referrals in points.

Sorry, but neither reward is given to Public Mobiel customers any longer. This changed in May.
