Where to by voucher?

I went to the Couche Tard/Esso location I've always gone to to buy my monthly voucher, but the option for Public Mobile no longer seems to be in their system. 

Is that a glitch,  or a dissolution of partnership? 

In either case, where else can I go near me?

Small variety store maybe sell voucher,you can try nearby corner stores.

If still no available,you can ask your friend who can get it and you emt to your friends.

The IGA near me doesn't offer the service.

Had my friend who lives near Metro try there, they don't either. 

Had my friend try the Couche Tard near him. They're not listing Public Mobile either. 

How do I get the company to respond to me to tell me if they've lost service in Quebec or switched partnerships or something so I know whether this is temporary or if I need to switch companies?

best to buy from Shopper drug mart or Pharmaprix to get vouchers

Go to IGA customer service,ask them you want to buy public mobile voucher. If they have,they will know how to do for you.

I can't think of any other gas stations near me. (As a non-driver, I've never realized before how spread out they were compared to when I was a kid until now!)

The Metro grocer is a little too far to walk. I'll try the IGA tomorrow.

It's not just a matter of being able to pay my bill though. I'd also like to know if it's that the person at the cash was unable to serve me, or unwilling, or just didn't know how to set it up.

I am not sure，but you can go to other gas station，for example Mobile gas station. Of course,you also can to supermarket likes Metro.
