I have contacted the moderator team and am yet to recieve a responce. I have been charged for previous plan renewall and my new plan which i switched to at the start of this new bill period so now ive been charged twice for this month. Great service will stay with piblic mobile but i want my money returned to my bank account and nothing left in my public mobile account other than my new service plan.

This actually isn't a problem. PM allows you to future date any plan change to your next renewal so that this situation is avoided. If you are on autopy the renewal process starts a midnight Eastern and takes a few hours to complete. As stated PM is all prepaid and selecting a new plan plan will end your previous plan and money paid towards it. Now as stated it will be the goodwill of PM to settle this with you BUT this is NOT a PM system issue. I wouldn't go in blaming the system for this, admit the mistake and hopefully they will be understanding.

@Nickjanderson not saying that PM won't refund your money, but because the service is pre-paid (not post-paid like other providers), when your plan renewed, you paid for service... then a day later (or whenever it was), you changed plans. Your account was essentially charged again, wiping out your old plan. Since you didn't know, hopefully PM will see your side of things.
@CS_Agent can you look into this person's account? They made an error, not knowing that picking a new plan, when his old one just renewed would result in a second renewal charge.

In this case, you are asking for goodwill. While you may not agree with the terms of this prepaid service, that is how it works. When you signed up, you were given the opportunity to review and accept the terms of service. If you decide to renew early, the fees paid for the old plan is forfeited. I suggest being patient and asking nicely.

@Nickjanderson, just wait until the moderators get back to you and see what they say / propose. They are usually quite understanding about this sort of thing and will 'make things right' (within reason).

It is highly unlikely that you will receive a refund back to your bank account in a reasonable time frame. You will most likely receive a refund in the form of a credit to your account and your next payment for services would likely be debited long before a refund ever reaches your bank account. You can continue yo attempt contacting the mods however they likely are awaiting a response from PM. office regarding the refund and will contact you once they have an answer. Sorry for your troubles.

Did you do a future dated plan change or on your renewal date did you do the plan change? If it was a future dated plan change and you got double charged I would think the MODS would be able to help you out. If you did the plan change on your renewal date the renewal may have already been in process and that would create the double charge, and there maybe a bit more of an issue getting a refund as basically you were foregoing your old plan and what you paid and picked a new plan. I would still wait for the mods reply and see what they can do for you

Also remember that PM is a prepaid service, if you switch plans in the middle of the month you will be charged again for the month

Well unfortunately you’re just gonna have to wait for a mod to respond , it can take up to 48 hours. If it’s been longer try to contact them again. Also I don’t think they will give you money back into your account they will give you account credit , i’m not 100% sure though on the fact though
