I have moved from Fido today and also registered the autopay, but when I checked my plan, I found I have no rewards, and the amount of the available fund is $0!
How can I get the $2 per month? Anyone knows?

I have moved the autopay and re-registered it again, but still could not find the reward amount for $6.

Welcome to Public Mobile!
As your first payment is not an automatic top-up, the autopay reward is applied on your next bill cycle. If you do not see it on your account yet, simply remove the credit card and reinstate it.
To get the refund for the SIM card, you will need to send an email to rebate@publicmobile.ca including your Shopify order # and your PM phone #.

Sometimes autopay doesnt appear in rewards right away (I had to disable auto pay, then re-enable it before it appears).
But as others have said Autopay is only for the second payment cycle, not the first
(by definition the first was not autopay, you set it up and was manual).

Autopay rewards begin on the 2nd cycle not 1st payment. Check in a few days by clicking My Rewards in your self serve account.

Are you on a 30 day or 90 day plan?
Please note that a 10 day plan is not eligible for autopay rewards.
