Hello,
I have ordered my SIM card a week ago and I haven't been given information as to the status of my order and when it's expected to arrive.

That's normal. If I remember it, it took 1-2 weeks before I got a notice of delivery. I guess that's what I get for getting the free shipping lol
Also, there's a Canada Post strike. It might have affected the processing of your order.

Hi @raq_ann;
When you ordered, did it indicate Purolator and a $10 shipping charge? Likely so if only 1 week, in which case please note that PM will rebate the shipping charge (due to the postal strike) only for sims that are activated, so if you order another sim you do run the risk of having to pay the shipping for one (though not a big deal as only $10).
So it the first was CP, go ahead and order a new one, but if it was Purolator then you should wait a couple days.

@raq_ann Order another one; your order may be hung up with the postal strike. Just be sure to activate the one that arrives by Purolator.

My sim came about 10 days after I ordered it so hold tight.
