Moved down plans since my bill went up ~80% with the scrapping of the old public rewards. Now the 240GB of data is gone?
As if I could have used 240GB in 80 days anyway, thanks for nothing PM

Which plan were you on? Which plan did you downgrade to?
If it was an honest mistake, some customers have been able to contact customer service agent to reinstate the Add on, but usually at lower amount. For examples, $25 plans got 30 GB add on, while $15 plans got 5GB add on. YMMV. NO guarantees.
If your plan price increased significantly, you may want to look at some of the recent plan offers:
$19/month for 1 GB LTE
$29/month for 10 GB LTE
$34/month for 50 GB Canada/US LTE
$40/month for 75 GB Canada/US LTE
Some of these plans may be cheaper than some of the grandfathered plans.

there is a term with that bonus that you will lose the bonus if you downgrade your plan

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.
