Can you try the toll free from another phone?

You could also go to some stores and use the real time payment method.

The phone last worked last week on Wednesdsy.Yes the last voucher l had no problem.yes l have tried tbe 1855 its not working

@Magugu628   when was the last time the phone work?

when was the last time you load the voucher successfully?

 

did you try 1.855.4PUBLIC and then enter your phone number you can try to load the voucher that way

 

For My account access, you can try using the Reset Password there, or that does not help, open ticket with PM Support

All along l have been buying top ups from grocery stores  to top up , but last week ×611 call could not go through

are you on $15 plan with limited outgoing minutes?

 

In fact, I don't think you can use *611 or 1.855.4Public to buy extra minutes
