I don't see clear cycle period information or dates mentioned on the Data & Add-On Usage page.The only thing mentioned there is "In-plan data expires at the end of your renewal cycle".
But then I can't find for sure when my renewal cycle is. Clicking on Plan Details link always shows this message " Oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page" and following this instruction again and again does not change anything.
The only dates I can find specified on the Public website that might be related is on the Overview page under Available Funds saying "Payment Due Before: Sep 28, 2021" and under Auto Pay saying "You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay,Next Payment Taken: Sep 28, 2021"
Should I assume my renewal cycle and data usage cycle starts 28 and ends 27 each month?
I think that information should be easier to figure out.

Renewal cycle is 30 days - sharp, no exceptions.
Every 30 days your data/outgoing call minutes ($15 plan) are reset.

Your data cycle matches your payment cycle. Every 30 days. So your data cycle will end late night September 27 and resets. Since the cycle is every 30 days the payment date and data reset date will be different each month.
To see your plan details, the website is finicky at times. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito. Sometimes use a different device.

@RossRoss if your next payment date is Sep 28, 2021, your current cycle date start 30 days before that, August 29
you can also confirm the day by going to the Transaction History page on My Account and check the last payment date
Please note one thing, PM is running on 30 days cycle , so the cycle date keep changing.
for your issue Oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic., there has been quiet some browser related issue lately. Try to use :
1. a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
2. Incognito Mode or InPrivate mode
3. clear cache and restart the browser
4. try on another computer and phone
