@Mchan happy to help. It's a bit confusing getting used to how PM works. 🙂

@imm1304 I'm almost certain the bill due date is the final day of the current cycle, meaning that @Mchan's next cycle would start at midnight (EST) on Nov 9th, which is when data bucket would reset.
@Mchan data I understand, but why are you asking about minutes? If you are talking about talk included in your plan, they are all unlimited minutes within a certain geographical area (province-wide, canada-wide, or canada-and-us-wide), so there are no minutes to reload; if you are talking about long distance add-on minutes, those do not expire and do not automatically reload. They stay on your account until used up or your account is closed. Once used up, you would have to manually purchase another add-on to be able to continue making lost distance minutes, but this is not tied in any way to your plan's renewal date.

Hey @Mchan,
It should be 90 days from November 8th.
In your case, your next payment date of Feb 8th is 93rd day from November 8th: https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?&m1=11&d1=8&y1=2016&m2=2&d2=8&y2=2017&ti=on
