I am not able to log in to my self serve public mobile account  and I am getting System Error message. I need to complete my payment. 611 is not working on my phone. I wated to pay for

Try 611 again and also try 1-855-4pu-blic. And maybe that again too. I suspect they might be getting overused in this time.

There is also the real time payments option in a few stores.
