HI @seena if you buy it from local store, call them ahead and ask. Many sell it overpriced or some simply don't sell it as they rather keep it to earn activation commission. Usual store price is $10
or you can buy it from PM online for $5 , but it might take 1 or 2 weeks.

As others have noted, pickup another SIM and click on Change SIM card. Delivery is fast or you can pickup if you are in the Mississauga area.
Canadian Cell Supplies currently have PM SIM on sale for $3 online.

@seena - if you lost a SIM card that is not activated, or was on a closed account, then there is nothing you need to do, since it is not connected to anything.
But if you lost an active SIM card and you need to replace it, then you can list your phone lost/stolen (if you lost the phone as well...) and obtain a new sim to swap the number on your self serve account.
