Can you verify with the bank? Doing chargebacks introduces a whole lotta hassle for you around here.

@andronalds they are usually within an hour or two, did you create a ticket?you will receive a reply in your community envelope top right corner of the page 

And how about that credit card? Did you recently deal with some fraudulent transactions and the bank may have done some things with other transactions?

if the phone is clean, not blacklist,  message PM CS Agent and check why you cannot login My Account

Did you check devicecheck.ca ? Also, did you perhaps deal with some credit card problems somewhat recently which may have done chargebacks?

@andronalds you sign in to your self serve account go to profile you will see your sim number there , check it with your sim number in your phone

Hi @andronalds is your voice service working but when using data, it asks you to sign in? if that is the case, you ran out of data

How do I do that 

@andronalds check in your self serve account and check last four digits of your sim you may have been sim jacked

Can you login to your account using another device?

I tried and it tells me not registered or something my phone was working fine earlier
