I have the same issue plus. When I finally got my add-on to activate. Us roaming. I am only able to voice talk for. 2 min....then. I hear. 2. Beeps. And line drops. It takes me at times 30 minuets to get On my site to see or make a comment on this site. I have purchased. 2. Us roaming at the same time???  So all. Starts again tomorrow. I'm still in Florida. Wow. Little help please

@jurafarm sound like you got two roaming addon both with Talk components at the same time.  This. would cause the calls dropping after short while.  You need to have PM support to drop one of the add-on with Talk for voice calls to work without problem

 

Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

If you purchase two add-ons, it will mess up your add on experience.

 

You need to wait 24 hours after the expiry of the first one to add another same add-on. (I know, it’s a stupid public mobile limitation)

 

If you are having calling issues, you need to try manually switching your device to 2G while in the US as the 3G network has been decommissioned.  Also, make sure you are connected to the T-mobile network while in the US.

 

If you need assistance, you may need the customer support agents to remove the add-on or clear the account so that you can purchase the desired add-on.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 

  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
