I transferred my number from Fizz and got esim for public mobile. But when I set up esim, i might have selected wrong option. Now my sms is not working and iMessage as well. Can not receive or send sms.

I’m having the same issue and that link isn’t working. I’ve submitted tickets, reset my network settings, reset everything. No text messages and no support
