Porting from Fizz - wrong account number

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Just ported my phone number from Fizz. Authorized Fizz with the YES response and got a response from them as well confirming port was complete. Got a SMS from Public Mobile saying the account number is wrong and that they'll reach out but I've received nothing yet. Is there a way to contact porting support? Tks!

there is a porting assistance team you can call and check and update the account number.   I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
