Hi @Trinadad  It is confusing, but Community and My Account are 2 different system

(To confuse you more, there is a 3rd system My Rewards, but My Rewards share the SAME login and password as My Account)

If you mean the account login then it's the email address you used when you signed up. If you signed up in a store then you'll want to create that account.

The community account is a different system to login to.

Your Community username is Trinadad. Your My account username is your e-mail address.
