When I first joined PM there were a bunch of options to choose from that had 4G speeds. Now there isn't a single one. I want to change my plan to a better one, but there isn't one...
Is there any reason why this happened? Will they be coming back?

Telus would likely rather have customers be using the other brands, specifically with postpaid plans .

@BisforBrian yes @Triguy is correct. there is no reason for full speed LTE unless you stream heavy HD content. which is not needed on a tiny screen. 480p quality looks just as good and doesn't consume as much data.
5g is not needed and uses ridiculous amounts of data, hence the "unlimited data" offers from the big 3. it's all marketing...

PM uses Telus and Bell towers which are 4G but throttles the speed to 3G. For daily use you probably won't notice any difference. If you stream 4K videos or highly quality music then you might experience a delay.

Sorry, but full speed LTE plans are no longer offered (unless you already have one). They were discontinued, for the most part, when Plan Builder was eliminated (or around the same time). The full speed LTE 1GB data-only plan was removed recently.
