@RUSTY01

From your screen shot, the bill credits they are talking about that will be lost on each renewal are the $2 autopay and the loyalty reward ($5 max) that are currently deducted automatically off your bill at renewal each month. No need to worry about your balance in Available Funds.

From their FAQ:

I still have leftover rewards from the old program that I want to use - do I lose these rewards?

No, you won’t lose any leftover rewards from the old program. Any credits earned up to May 2024 will remain on your account and be applied to your future bills.

@RUSTY01

the Available Funds on your account is your fund and PM would not touch them.  They will be first used for your payment or purhcases

@RUSTY01 - No, not until you use up all credits or you port out, even when you automatically change to points on may 1st.

I won't manually change. But will they take my $232 credit from me?

@RUSTY01 - Not yet... but you will get transitioned on may 1st so wait and see if they veto the change.

If you do it now, they may veto it & everyone who transitioned to points after hearing the news will get stuck, therefore loose out on the legacy rewards.
