I recently switched to 4GB at 4G speeds (used to be on 5GB at 3G). I chose the "switch at renewal date"  option in the middle of last month.

 

The switch seemed to work, my phone speeds are faster, and I can see in the payment history that it charged me for 4GB at 4G.

However, you can see that for my upcoming bill, it says "5GB at 3G" and my current plan usage still shows 5GB at 3G. Did I do something wrong?

The new self serve accounts are very glitchy. You have to clear your browser and log in using private mode. Then you will get an updated version of your self serve account with your new plan. Do this when you want to check your usage as well.

No you didn't do anything wrong. A recent PM website "update" has left a lot of glitches in its wake. If you clear your cache files,  log in to your account using incognito mode...does it that clear it up ?
