When I click on "Plans", the website fails to show me any available plans...is this happening to anyone else?

@lockehart, it appears to be working now. I too saw this earlier, around 2 pm Eastern.

@lockehart Try using incognito/private browsing more. If it doesn't work, try again later and it will eventually work.

Restart your browser and re-do the plan change again. It happened to me before. It may be PM server was busy or slow and missed the change plan request. I was able to rstart my browser and continue to change my plan. I am using Opera and Chrome browsers on my WIndows 10 laptop.

It's not working in Chrome, Safari or Firefox
My account status is Active, but there's no plan listed underneath??
This is not normal right?

It's not happening to me. Could it be the internet browser that you're using? Sometimes I have to switch between Chrome and Firefox for certain websites in order for stuff like that to work.
