For the past couple days, I'm unable to details of my payments
The 'Payments' area comes up but shows 'loading'.
I've tried it in Chrome and Firefox on my computer ......and even tried it on my Android phone as well.
I have no problem accessing other areas of the website.....just not getting 'Payments' info
Has anyone else been experiencing this lately?

looks like they've fixed the bug that caused those error messages as well as the endlessly buffering Payment tab.

Dial 611 on your phone and if you know your PIN and have credit card on file, you could buy a US roaming package. PM is aware of the issue and working on a fix.

This is awful!!
Tried to buy $30 US Roaming as I am leaving to USA in an hour.
Can't buy using APP and can't buy using Desktop website.
What's the point of having self service if it doesn't work!!!???

My web version does the same as yours but seems to work fine using the mobile app.

I haven't tried installing the PM app on my phone (or calling *611).
I'll try the app and see if I get anywhere

Yes, PM is aware of this error. I'm sure they are vigorously working on a fix.
Did you try the App?
Or call *611 on your phone untill it's fixed.
