I am trying to activate my new sim card via your online website, and your province drop down option is not working. Ive tried on 3 different browsers and 2 different devices.

Earlier today, there was an activation website outage.  The issue was related to any software or issue with your computer/internet device. The website problem  has since been fixed.

The website can be very fussy at times. Try this to prevent error messages and weird stuff.

 

  1. Clear your browser.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Open one tab only in secret/incognito mode.
  4. Use firefox, chrome or safari as they work best.

Hopefully this will clear up the issue you are having....welcome to public mobile.

Have you tried a tab in incognito mode.
