Error accessing Plan and Add-ons tab in my account. The following is displayed:
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
I did a logout and bacl in and returned to the login page
Still no Joy...

So many extra users on the internet these days. I am getting glitches on several sites. If clearing the history doesn't work, I make a cuppa tea and it seems to fix things (or give the developers time to fix it).
is it still not working?

There seems to be some issues with connecting to PM and other websites in the last little while. I wasn't even able to load the PM website (plus a couple of other sites) just a few minutes ago, but it seems to be okay for now. Also PM is known to have temporary glitches on their website from time to time which seem to resolve themself after an hour or so.
So just keep trying making sure to clear your cache/cookies/incgnito mode (as already mentioned) and also maybe rebooting your device before retrying again.

I had the same the other day
Incognito and cashe didn't work right away but then in about an hour or went to normal

You can also clear your browser cache.
