Weak signal. Telus feedback tool?

I live in midtown Toronto between Yonge St. and Avenue Rd.  At either end of the block my phone reports 3-4 bars of signal strength, out of 5. But in the middle of the block where I live I only get 1-2 bars, although from time to time it briefly spikes up.

Is there any way to report this kind of signal hole to Telus so they can make adjustments when improving their coverage? Or is it WYSIWYG?

I wouldnt worry too much about it. There are way too many factors that affect signal strength especially that of an LTE frequency. All in all 2 bars of LTE is still great
