Wasn't Charged - Calls and Text Not Working

Hello,

If i look at my transaction, it doesnt look like i was charged (im on auto pay) for calls and texts and it call and texts are not going through my phone. 

 

Please have a look at my account 100000xxxxxxx asap.

Can a mod look at this request please, I have sent multiple PM's to the moderator team and have not heard back a response. I cannot call or text at all.

Looks like you hit a glitch.  You should send a private message to the Moderator Team so they can look into your account.

 

Also, this is a public forum, so you should remove your account number from your post.
