Hello,If i look at my transaction, it doesnt look like i was charged (im on auto pay) for calls and texts and it call and texts are not going through my phone. Please have a look at my account 100000xxxxxxx asap.
Can a mod look at this request please, I have sent multiple PM's to the moderator team and have not heard back a response. I cannot call or text at all.
