Unable to place a cell call or receive/send text messages. People who tried to text to me received a message about US Roaming...but could not text me.

@JFS You can buy Public Mobile vouchers at various places (others here can probably tell you where) and top up your account through 611 that way. But since you also can't log in and change your credit card expiry you may want to contact customer service. You can do that by private message using this link:

Well...that's exactly it! My credit card was declined. The expiry date attached to my account didn't roll over to the new expiry date. It's still problematic because I can't access the account in order to update the credit card information.

I have no way of checking because I can't log in. I have my account number, but that's no help unless I can log in.

@JFS Have you checked that your account is still active and not suspended for some reason?
