Would like to speak to someone about my bill. Was overcharged for the month and need to speak to someone.

Yeah whether it was a glitch on PM's part or you inadvertently did it by changing plans or add ons or whatever the case may be, the easiest thing would be to leave the extra balance in your account so you either knock down your price or completely cover your next renewal

Do you see the extra amount in your balance in the account? If so then just leave it there for the next renewal. If not then did you have any difficulty during activation, either yourself or the store?

Let us know what is the problem we might be able to figure it out. Provide screenshot of your transactions if possible. Remove all personal data.
