Was I switched to the new rewards system?

Hi all, I am a public customer who has been using the old dollar reward system. I have not logged into the self serve platform and so nothing should have changed to switch my rewards program

I got this email giving a summary of my public points and I'm just wondering if I somehow got switched to the new program or is it just a false alarm?

Don't worry about it, I get this email too. I delete it and do nothing. I still keep old reward.

It's more deceiving messaging from the company. Like when they first rolled out points they made it seem like it was a done deal and so people walked through the door and switched.

Log in to your account and go the payments screen and you'll see your next bill and the list of rewards.

@triplecheck , don't worry that is just an errant email.  Many of us have received them.

it's an email that is commonly sent in error, you can safely ignore it.

To clarify, they do not migrate grandfathered accounts to the new system unless you personally request it on your own.
