Hi there, I just purchased an iphone 8 last week, but the battery drains to half charge without even being used.  I submitted a ticket with Public Mobile 2 days ago, but haven't heard back.

Thanks for your thoughts everyone!  I have reached PM and they are sending us a new phone.

PM usually reply a lot quicker.  I suggest you to try submit the ticket again.  There are 2 ways to submit tickets, chatbot is usually the preferred and quicker method

 


1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

You should have gotten a response by 48 hours.  If no response, try to submit another ticket.  Or you might want to private message CSA team directly:

You do have 30 days to return the phone.  You could try to get it repaired, but might be easier to just request return of the phone and get your money back.

Hello @stepheniehung  - I would re-resubmit a ticket, or respond to the last one. Keep all your messages as records in case you need to provide them later for timing.

 

It should not take 2 days for a response.
