Wanting to add data to a current plan

Hello everyone, 

My friend wants to add data to their current plan, but unfortunately he is unable to login to his account and he is unable to reset his password. What can we do about this situation? Please let me know.

Sounds likle your friend will have to send a message to moderators with brief discription of the problem, complete with whatever acct info he has ie; phone number, billing address etc. Be advised that response times have been running to 48hrs or longer so please be patient. Good luck.

do they want the 30$/gb addon or to change plans?  the 1gb addon you might be able to do it by calling 611.  (not sure). if teh password reset fails then  most probably they need to contact the mods and request a password restet. mods are replying in 48-72 hours.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
