Want to cancel my service but I can't access to my account as I'm in abroad

@LitlLdy explained very well how to cancel your service

However, just be sure you don’t wish to resume it if you return to Canada as once it’s canceled, it cannot be resumed with the same account and number.

@soninmma , you can login to your account by selecting ‘Didn’t get the code?’ and choose to have the 2FA code sent to your email instead.

  1. Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)
  2. Go to the ‘Payments' tab
  3. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
  4. Click the toggle to Unsubscribe and select ‘Unsubscribe’ on the confirmation pop up
  5. You will continue to have service until your current subscription ends. You’ll be able to see the date that your subscription will end in the ‘Manage Subscription’ section
  6. After this date you will no longer have service and you will have 90 days to renew your service.
  7. After 90 days of having your services on hold your account and SIM will be deactivated and you will lose your phone number.

Or you can send a message to CS_Agent to ask for your payment card to be removed from your account.
